We follow Abigail, a young woman, that has a secret past. Only knowing that she was left with her Aunt when her own parents couldn’t care for her. She has existed spending years living in the shadow of Lesser’s. Living a hard life with her Aunt she has always taken life a face value. Never one to shy away from a challenge, but honest and pure to the bone. The Senators son has taken a liking to her as of late, but he is honestly the most vile creature known to man. When they have visitors to their village she quickly finds herself attracted to the new young man from another village. It is a tragic story to know that when the Harvest is over she will be forced to say goodbye, and it seems that she is being forced into a union against her will.
