The characters were lovable and unique. Kian was virility and sensuality walking, and Willow was unacknowledged, and vulnerable, beauty. Together, they were explosive! It was such fun watching their journey with all its intensity and humor! The banter between them was brilliant, and the emotions they shared were very real and relatable! Yes, there is a villain, but he is a minor player compared to Willow and Kian’s emotional obstacles. Tiffany and Robert have an ability to create characters you just want to know everything about from the first minute you start reading.

Brief Summary of the Book

Great plus size rep from a fmc who doesn’t focus on it. No internalized fatphobia in this which I absolutely loved. Willow thinks she’s getting a marriage proposal but instead walks away single. She meets Kian an incubus fae. He offers her one amazing night and she accepts, leaving before the morning light.After she leaves he realizes he can no longer feed from other humans and needs her and craves her. However she is done being a doormat and she wants more than sex. He decides that they will date like mortals. I enjoyed the dating part a lot. The dialogues were great and I enjoyed reading about them learning about eachother and falling in love. There is some form of mind control (them being incubus) mostly from other characters done to others and to Willow herself at times. Check your trigger warnings.
