The Scavenger written by Delta James which was published in April 21, 2023. You can read this before The Scavenger PDF EPUB full Download at the bottom. This was a wonderful book!! I can always count on Delta to deliver an amazing, action packed, character driven experience, and this was no exception. Much like The Scoundrel, it is based on a group of men who all served in the military together and are now a specialized security force (or really whatever you need them to be). Cerberus (the name of their group) is headquartered in London, and these books take place in the Chicago branch. Club Southside (the BDSM club over which Cerberus “lives”) plays a key role in the lives of the men as they are all involved to some extent. Royce has Master status, which is kinda top of the food chain in that environment. When he sees Camille for the first time, he knows immediately that he’s in trouble – he is drawn to her physically, and quickly determines he will need to start dealing with her attitude and defiance immediately.

Brief Summary of the Book

The story is the second in the new Club of Southside series and is a spinoff from some of the other books that will include several main characters from them that revolved around the Baker Street BDSM club. The Southside Club is an American version of Baker Street in London and even includes a Cerberus office.
The Cerberus group in Southside is called by the wealthy father of a woman, Camille, who has been in federal protection as a witness of the murder of a councilman and his family. When they meet up, Royce will meet his new assignment, Camille. There will be fireworks from the start—she thinks she is in control, but Royce will quickly disable her plans, and show her who is in control—and it isn’t her. I’ve included quotes from scenes in the story that will help set it up and entice you to want to read this story.
