First and foremost, WHY did Sail have to die?! UGH. I loved his character, he was so sweet! Although it’s Otis my for the best since blondes always turn out to be the bad guy if they don’t wind up dead .I bet Auren is from the fae world or something. Obviously she’s not plain old human, cause um hello the reunions and the gold touch?! THAT was shocking. I was not expecting her to have the touch. When she killed Fane and it said something was “spreading” under her hands j definitely didn’t think of gold at all ? plus Rip said he “knows what she is” which feels very telling.I had a feeling I was going to end up liking Rissa and so far that seems to be the case. I’m really hoping she and Auren become besties. She does know Auren’s secret. A secret that I wonder if even Midas knows?
