I really enjoyed this book, and thought that it was another good addition to the Seven Series. I thought Ivy and Lorenzo were perfect for each other, I also loved that Ivy wasn’t swayed by Lorenzo’s wealth and wasn’t afraid to tell him what he thought of his reproachful words or his actions. Their chemistry was off the charts, as well as hot as hell. Ivy hasn’t been part of the Weston pack long but she loves and respects them, and vice versa. It was heartbreaking hearing Ivy’s back story. She was targeted by the Beta in her old pack, and when she was 16 years old he r*ped her and left her pregnant.Ivy’s mother ended up k*lling herself when Ivy told her, because she’d loved Fox at one time and was pregnant with Fox’s baby. Her father/Packmaster cast her aside, as he blamed her for the loss of his life mate. Ivy never told her father, but she couldn’t deny it when she became pregnant.
