Steven’s still an ass and showing zero redeeming qualities, but I am supposed to support the FL in trying to keep this bozo alive? I understand the reasoning… but couldn’t we just be like, “hey someone told me about this website because my ex is one of the marks and someone wants to off him?” I mean, her sister’s a cop!Add to that, she’s got so much going on that while she’s trying to keep Steven away from the kids she isn’t spending a lot of time with them either. Everyone else is watching them. Then there’s Vero with her past and unhealthy obsession with money (who keeps stacks of cash in the freezer and expects no one to ever see it?). There’s stuff she’s keeping hidden… and I have to ask, why? They buried a freaking body together, and she brokered a deal for another hit. What could possibly be worse than this? Melodramatic… and I didn’t feel like their back and forth as Fin tried to figure out what was going on really helped with the story.
