I was looking for a book to replace the last series I read. When you are in a book hole you have a bad feeling in your gut that nothing you see will touch your soul. Well, when I saw WOOL, and I read the synopsis, I was so completely sucked into that world that I think I was absent from mine for several weeks as I read all three books. There was not one single thing that I did not like. Nothing I thought I could write better. I was so into this story, this milieu, these characters, this emotion, I am just that astounded by this author and his level of storytelling and creativity. I salute you, Mr. Howey. Indeed, I salute you, Sir. If you are in a book hole, by all means, purchase all three of these books. If you are not in a book hole, by all means, purchase all three of these books. This is a treat for both your mind as well as your emotions. I am hesitant to wax cliche. But I wish to warn you, you will be astounded by the things you let fall by the wayside. Because you shan’t be able to let this tale fall by the wayside.Dust by Hugh Howey

Brief Summary of the Book

Juliette, now mayor of Silo 18, doesn’t trust Silo 1, especially its leader, Donald. But in the world of the Silos, there is no black and white—everything is shades of gray. Donald may not be the monster Juliette thinks he is, and may in fact be key to humanity’s continued survival. But can they work together long enough to succeed? In Dust, the final book in the New York Times best-selling Silo trilogy, the choices that Juliette and Donald make could lead to salvation . . . or to the death of everyone on the planet.
