Wild Tides written by Annie Dye which was published in 25 May 2023. You can read this before Wild Tides PDF EPUB full Download at the bottom. I thoroughly enjoy visiting Puffin Bay. The small island off Wales is adorable, I love how everyone is in everyone’s business. Thane is in charge of the lighthouse and lives in the lighthouse (which sounds amazing!). It’s his job to protect people while at sea, so when he gets a report that someone in a wedding dress is stranded in a boat without gas it’s his job to check it out. Fleur has finally realized that getting married to Gareth would be the biggest mistake of her life, so she doesn’t. She steals a boat and flees the wedding. When Thane rescues her at sea, he ends up being her rescuer in other ways. He lets her hide out at his lighthouse for a couple days where they develop a friendship. They’ve known each other for years but Thane has always been too shy to say much.

Brief Summary of the Book

Thane was the quiet almost reclusive man in Puffin Bay, he lived in the lighthouse and quietly took care of others. Flues was running from the man she was meant to marry, and to keep her safe from not only him, but his family, Thane lets her stay with him at his lighthouse. One thing leads to another and Thane is finally kissing his childhood crush. I loved how adult Thane was during the surprise pregnancy, how he immediately took responsibility but also said he needed a few hours to digest it all. This small town is winning my heart more and more with each book.
