After being introduced to Kristen Proby’s Single in Seattle series with The Scramble I couldn’t wait to read this book and The Set Up did not disappoint. There must be something in the water in Seattle that makes it produce such fabulous, line up of family orientated heroes as the Montgomery and Williams menfolk and Keaton Williams more than fits the brief. I adored these characters even though at times I wanted to slap some sense into Keaton. With a fantastic supporting cast comprised mainly of relations, making for some great family dynamics. All are boisterous, loving and intrusive, ready to offer advice, whether it’s asked for or not but knowing when to back off, honestly if I can’t marry a Montgomery I’d settle for being adopted into this huge family, this was a fabulous romance where ultimately love means being willing to compromise with Keaton and Sidney working together to create a life that works for them both. I’ll definitely be looking out for more from this series.
