I’ll always give this series 5 stars, I believe the men make it. Leon being my favorite , Dante , ryder and gabe all are just so amazing, each have their own battles they struggle with. I like Elise but I don’t. I hate the “im going to kill whoever killed my brother no matter if I’m sleeping with them, or blah blah blah” like girl, we are going on book 3 and you haven’t even figured anything out, it’s annoying that she thinks she this hard bad a$$ but she hasn’t even found anything to go off of when coming to Her brothers killer. And let’s not get started about the whole “ playing hard to get “ she’s constantly running. And why does she call everyone else liars and get mad at everyone else for hiding stuff when she’s one big lie lol she’s literally there for “her brother murder” she is literally a walking definition of lie. So the hypocrisy is real. I like her kindness when she has it. And her protectiveness , but I don’t like her rudeness towards Leo , not when he’s never been mean to her at all. It’s unnecessary. Idk lol I want to like her as much as the guys, but for me the men just steal the spotlight lol and I love it
