The messy part of this series, outside of muti-genre’s getting blended together, is the lack of a solid “end” to any of the books. There is the climax, after a long string of action, and then the story ends without any falling action. The makes each book end a smack in the face and feel as if it is one chunk of one large story. Nonetheless it was a interesting story and this third offering finally brings to light a lot of the mystery of the first two books. Being told in third person limited this story and series is appropriate for older young adults and above due to language and violent subject matter. The author has a great story on his hands a I love the lengthy nature of it as awell as the promise much more to come.
