This is a contemporary billionaire, brothers bestfriends romance and when I say I ate it up, I ate it up. Chase came along and stole my heart completely and I don’t think it’s possible to even get it back, nor do I want too. Playboy billionaire Chase is well known in a different community other than business and enjoys to host parties for those with similar interests, after research and finding out more information about this matter, Juliet decides she wants to find more out, for herself. – The chemistry between Chase and Juliet is in my opinion, off the charts. I have never rooted for a couple so much, in my life. This book is literally my wildest fantasy, I will openly admit that. I’ve never been so jealous of a FMC in my life. Literally. I also started falling in love with the other Ravage brothers and Jackson – I need more about Jackson. I absolutely adored him. This book was SO well written, it was sexy, it was hot, it had the plot, I was gripped from the first page throughout, it had angst, temptation.. everything. If you are familiar with Amanda’s writing, you will already be aware she has the power to write sexy deliciousness and this book did not fail to disappoint. It was written appropriately and correctly and honestly I’m blown away, I really did love this book and everything about it.

Brief Summary of the Book

Chase Ravage is a spoiled billionare, whose name is tainted with the sordid deeds of his father and he does his best to reedem his past and mend a good name for his family. He becomes close to Parker’s family, being best friend of Jackson and becomes a friend to his younger sister, Juliet. The two of them become even more familar after Jax and Juliet lost their parents and the three of them practicaly become a family. Well, it’s not long when he starts to grow feelings for Juliet, but he won’t risk his bond with Jackson and he is certain he is not a good man and he will only hurt her and damage a good reputation of Juliet. So, when one night Juliet comes to Chase with an offer and he rejects that, these two go seperate ways, until 8 years later they meet again and the old friendship rekindle. Now, 8 years later, Juliet Parker is a young woman, successful in the academic department, but obviously missing a lot in a personal life. She’s engaged and about to get married, but she feels like it’s the biggest mistake. And when at her engagement party she meets Chase and gets a taste of what might be if, she realises it’s time to make a grown-up decision and pursue a real happiness in life.
