I like this series. So much of this time in history involved the separation of the classes. Wealth vs poverty. Stereotypes of wealthy successful people verses poor lazy or criminal people. CJ turns that idea on it’s head with Cleo, Harry, Harmony being the wise heros and other characters in the gentry “Toffs” being cads. good and smart in both classes. Bad and evil also in both. I like that Cleo crosses those wealth /poverty barriers with here friendships I also appreciate that this series does not have the descriptive sex scenes Those scenes are not necessary it show true love or to make a best seller
