Harper and Christopher are total opposites. Harper is a native of Hunter’s Creek while Christopher is in town on short-term business. After turning her world upside down, she looks to Christopher to “fake date” to keep her nosey neighbors off her back. If she’s already dating someone, they can’t set her up with someone from the town, right? Right. As Christopher and Harper begin to get to know each other, it is clear that this short-term fake romance is not going to last. This was such a cute and fun read! I immediately fell in love with both Harper and Christopher and was rooting for their relationship – even if it was fake! The book was just the right amount of humorous without it being corny and made you feel really good while reading. If you’re a romance fan, this one is for you! It’s sweet, lighthearted, and will make you smile all the way through.
