so the story of Seth & Laura continues , of course the mysterious Marcus is still elusive as ever always one step ahead of everybody . Laura is now a psychiatric nurse at the Rockford Centre , from time to time a patient comes in for treatment by the name of Delilah, Laura discovers that she is a lover of the elusive Marcus . Laura also found out that Delilah kept a journal of sorts which had a lot of pictures depicting her time with Marcus . With forward thinking she decides to make photocopies of these journals which she now intends to give to Seth & the Cross brothers . It’s not long after they agree to meet that the two rekindle their sexual relationship as well and as you’d expect it’s full on from the beginning . The ever present Detective Walsh starts visiting a patient at the Rockford centre where Laura works ,and he starts asking Laura awkward questions , but she’s very cautious In her answers . It would seem though that not only is Marcus one step ahead of everyone ,but he’s also bringing Laura into the equation. There’s a lot going on in this book and a lot of secrets to be uncovered , but I’m sure things will slot into place in the final book,?.
