Elijah lives in Virginia Beach, running a club his father left him. His half-sister Ashleigh works as his assistant. His life is solely his club right now as his last sub left for a romance. Aspen is a bartender and has a Ex that harasses, threatens and stalks her. Her best friend, Ashleigh asks her to move to Virginia Beach to escape. Elijah and Aspen end up with a romance. I found the story an interesting premise. All of the siblings inherit a club. The character of Elijah is strong wirh verst set preferences but finds himself falling for Aspen. There love story doesn’t follow a typical path but is sweet and steamy at the same time. When the story brings Aspen’s Ex back, the action picks up speed. I found myself turning the page to find out what happens next.
