I’ve fell in love with a lot of books but never one like this. I devoured this book with a love I didn’t even know existed. Sarah J. Maas depicted a world and characters unlike any other I could’ve imagined. It was beautiful really, the way she made you fall in love with every aspect of ACOMAF.As someone who has never read fantasy (aside from Twilight) this series has me HOOKED. I didn’t think I would love it as much as I do.While the book starts off three months later after the end of ACOTAR, back at the Spring Court with Tamlin awaiting her impending marriage to him, majority of the book is spent in the Night Court with Rhysand.Feyre has changed. Not just physically but emotionally and mentally. She’s plagued by nightmares of the horrible suffering she had to endure Under the Mountain. Tamlin was trying to protect her but in doing so he ended up holding her back doing more harm than good. It’s not until the time she spends at the Night Court with Rhysand that Feyre figures out how much of a survivor she really is.And speaking of Rhysand, he is literally everything. His character development is top tier. The chemistry between him and Feyre is unmatched. And the banter. I LOVED the banter between these two. Literally laughing out loud at some of the scenes.
