Ferro has a way of creating stories that pull you in, filled with all the drama, spice to make you melt, suspense, emotional stories that have you feeling for the characters, and all the twist and turns you never know what to except or see coming. Wicked Beautiful Lies is a fantastic book that has it all to keep you on the edge of your seat to see what happens between Lennox and Mason. These two both have their secrets and pasts that have definitely made them who they are today and influences their decisions when it comes to each other. Lennox and Mason has a pull between each other that can’t be ignored and will lead to an intense journey throughout this book, that I don’t want to even give much away because to fully appreciate their story you just need to dive in and enjoy the ride. I devoured this book and my jaw dropped a few times throughout this book along with the tears, anger, and heat from the insane chemistry these two share. Take a chance on these two because it will leave you wanting more of Mason and Lennox.

Brief Summary of Wicked Beautiful Lies

Lennox made a decision when she was younger to move away with her dad and they went into hiding. They changed their names and everything. Now its years later and Lennox is so used to hiding it isn’t a show anymore. She works as a bartender at a club called Covet during the night. But also as an assistant at Lark during the day. During her shift at Covet one night, Ellis (her roommate/friend/owner of Covet) asks her to work the VIP area where she can make extra cash. Now this area is also known for more scandalous things but she’s off limits. But when this tall dark stranger offers her a lot of money for a short time she bargains her way for something simple for a lot of money. But little did she know that this guy is her boss she hasn’t met at Lark yet. Mason is a very closed off individual. It’s been 4 years since he moved away but in order to not feel he shutdown. He frequently visits Covet because there’s no attachment between him and the girls. That is until Knox (aka. Lennox) walks into his life. He can’t get her out of his mind and he doesn’t know why he’s feeling such powerful emotions for someone he doesn’t know. The battle of wills definitely plays out here. Mason is constantly at a battle with himself and his emotions. Lennox knows what she wants and she wants him even though she knows she shouldn’t. He’s someone from her past but he hasn’t recognized her yet so while spoil it just yet. And Ellis. Poor Ellis is jealous of Mason. He has secretly loved Lennox for awhile but she’s made her intentions clear. When he thinks he can finally have her Mason swoops in for the steal. But can she stand the constant push and pull from Mason? Or will Ellis finally be lucky? This novel is full of twists and turns and most definitely whip lash. L.A. twists the story in a way like no other. At least none that I’ve ever read. She captivated my attention right from the start. I fell in love with these characters and loved the dynamic between them. Between the push and pull of Lennox and Mason, to the silently hoping for Ellis and Lennox to get their moment. And you won’t see this ending coming. Thank you for taking me on this adventure and stealing my attention away to just solely your book.
