I was skeptical based off of other reviews. I did *not* find that he was repetitive, like others suggested. I got this book because I recognized his name from TikTok. I think this book would have truly helped me after my hardest break up a year ago, but even being a year removed from it, I learned valuable stuff from it. Aside from that, he has a really cool perspective for us twenty-something year olds to know what the 20s, 30s, and 40s, can be like with dating, friendships, and general life expectations. I was barely able to put it down and enjoyed the way it felt like I was having a chat with an old friend. Did not feel preachy, but relatable.
