I truly didn’t like Lark as a character. This started out like a few other omegaverse books where a female omega is brought into a pack that has a male omega. The blurb made it seem like she was gonna try to “respect the territory” of the other omega and that if it wasn’t for them hiring her she wouldn’t dream of moving in on the park. That thought process last all of a few hours. Part-way through the first day she’s trying to seduce the alphas for her upcoming heat. There’s the “instalove” but it’s not glaringly obvious but makes it okay by the male omega to share his pack because he’s attracted to Lark as well. Mind you by day two of her being there she’s already slept with the beta and is wanting to build forever with the pack even though she doesn’t really know them and vice versa. She was a high paid escort but bounces from “I’m not a hoe and this is a job” to “I’m an omega and I have needs and they will service me”. Lark gave off “I suffered” vibes but out of the three books she had it easy. She was spoiled and it showed compared to Rayvn and Dove’s story.
