I liked the connection between Ashley and Davin. Even though they both began their adventure together for very different reasons, I liked how their relationship developed from a hate-to-love romance and learning to trust each other despite their past traumas. However, some parts seem rushed and needed more explanation. I felt like a bit of important information was missing about both Ashley and Davin’s past and while competing in the games with the other competitors. Overall, this was an entertaining read. Harold, Miles, and Liliane became my favorites from the beginning.
