Vaughn is afraid she’ll tell people his secret, but she assures him she won’t. Regardless, there’s a push pull, and other people are starting to notice. In fact, she gets bullied into trying to reveal what his secret is. People have noticed that they have a connection that is more than just surface level, but no one knows how or why. Vaughn has intimacy issues, which is why he’s still a virgin. Lenora really wants the internship, back in the UK, and Vaughn also wants it. They’re competing for the same position, which adds another level to their relationship. This means that they’ll be in each others lives even after graduation, and they are. Things finally change when they’re on the other side of the world. There’s a lot that’s going on beneath the surface that not everyone knows about and caused a rift in the relationship; plans are being made and things are being put into play behind the scenes. Vaughn and Lenora- gah! I loved their dynamic, their growth, their revelations. Vaughn has a hard shell, but underneath is a vulnerable young man who has gone through some a lot. It doesn’t matter how much money he has (or how much clout his family has) situations can happen to anyone that can mold and affect them for the rest of their lives. Lenora has her share of vulnerabilities as well, which is why they’re so perfect for each other.

Brief Summary of Angry God

Angry God is book 3 in All Saints High series and can be read as a standalone but if not recommend that. You really need to read all previous books and the original parent books to. You won’t be disappointed. Angry God is the book I’ve been waiting for ages for so having it finally on my kindle made my day, week and year. This book consumed me from the get go. The writing was perfection. Every word I felt something and every word played with my emotions.
The plot captivated me. The book was intense, dark and gritty and unlike any of the other books in the series. I love she made this book darker than the rest as we all no Vaughn was a dark character from the start of this series. Vaughn was such a unique character. Everything about him and his personality captivated me and fascinated me. His mind and how he thinks was like nothing I’ve ever read before and how complex he was….don’t get me started on that!
Vaughn and Lenny are perfect for each other but opposite in everyway. I loved there feel and dark connection. This book is a masterpiece. I’m not sure how the author could ever top it but I bet she does and I can’t wait until that happens.
