This is the first book in the gorgeous new series by Sarah Bennett entitled Juniper Meadows. Where We Belong, the lush first book, is now available in paperback and e-book, and has to be on your list of reads. It’s prefect to be chilling on the beach or to be reading by a pool with a glass of wine.From the moment I read the outline of this book, I was excited as this sounded just my type of book. Some I’ll read and want to reas them, then there’s those I am really excited about. This is one of them. Where We Belong introduces to Hope Traver, the granddaughter of a baron, with a family that is riddle with secrets. Hope works hard to help whereever she can when it comes to her family business, though when she has an overwhelming need to move out of the family’s framhouse they now live in, she not only opens another pot of secrets, but brings Dr Cameron Ferguson to her door. Or more like she goes to his. Imagine your building your own new home when suddenly the construction team unearth a artfiect that stops the house from being built. Hence how she comes to the door of the Doctor. Together with his loveable sidekick, Dr L Barnard (I’ll let you find out what the L stands for), comes to the family estate. Now a thriving community within itsself, the family seems to have everything going for them until its not only the now dig that is giving Hope caused for concern.I’m not going to spoil the book that has layers upon layers of storytelling. This, for me, it’s Sarah’s best work and I’m so excited to read the rest of the series. I fell in love with Juniper Meadows, from the outline and even more when I began reading Hope and Cameron ‘ Cam’ story. It’s hard not fall in love with them especially Hope who you just want to wrap your arms around.

Brief Summary of Where We Belong

Absolutely loved this new one from Sarah Bennett!! Just brilliant and very refreshing!! The story is around Hope Travers who lives in a farmhouse with her close extended family, who she lives and works with, in the grounds of her family’s estate. She has wanted to start a new project to build herself her own home, but as soon as the builders start on the foundations they discover some antiquities that mean she has to pause for an archaeological dig to discover the history hidden beneath. The local archaeologist and his friends and students from the university come and camp for the summer. I totally loved the community on the estate and in the village, the great characters within the story, the difference in upbringing but not in the essence of people, and written beautifully as always. Warm hearted, full of surprises, intrigue and guesswork
